1. BAKED DEEP NEW YORK VANILLA CHESECAKE
A rich and indulgent cheesecake made with full fat cream cheese set on a digestive biscuit base served with a summer fruit coulis.

chewy toffee meringue infused with a rich toffee sauce, toffeee cream and apple pieces.

3.WHITE CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY PAVLOVA
Delicious crisp and chewy meringue, with white chocolate dairy cream, white chocolate ganache with whole raspberries.

4.BANOFFEE PIE
Crumbly biscuit base topped with a rich toffee sauce. loaded with slices of banana, topped with real dairy cream and topped with cocoa

Crunchy biscuit case, filled with a classic tangy lemon filling dusted with icing sugar.
