I just wanted to thank you so much again
for the wonderful BBQ & Spitroast you did for my daughter
Julie's wedding last week. The food was delicious & cooked
to perfection. It really made the wedding perfect. Thank you

Thank you so much for all your patience
with us and for making our daughter's wedding go perfectly,

Dear Mick,
.....it looked absolutely great on the terrace while we were
having drinks but, as you had said, didn't cause any smoke.
It just made people's mouths water and then the meat more
than lived up to expectation. Both the lamb and the pork
were not only extremely tasty but very tender too.....
